1. Services

Green Team Alora provides landscape gardening, garden maintenance, and construction reform services in the Malaga province, Spain. All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All prices quoted are in Euros and include IVA (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Additional work not covered in the original quote will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon in the project quote. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed works.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with reasonable written notice. Any materials purchased or work already completed will be invoiced at the agreed rates.

5. Liability

Green Team Alora carries appropriate professional liability insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather events, pre-existing structural issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga.
